I worked at Incedo from 2022 to 2026 on Verizon's Fios and telecom infrastructure. Most of it was back-end code and internal tools: network testing, monitoring, outage alerting, support workflows. Python and Java were my main languages there, and I still use Python today for my personal projects!

Toward the end, most of my work there was LLM stuff. I built two LangGraph agents for network support. One helped the human agents working the phones; the other ran on the Fios support line by itself and resolved customer issues end to end. That second one dropped call volume by around 300,000 calls a month. Before that I built the Android app field techs used to check signal towers, which ran at a Super Bowl watching the network live.

Outside work I build small tools, mostly in Python: a Discord bot that tracks game prices, a program for sorting a Pokémon card collection. Stuff I can host for a few dollars a month and actually finish, usually to fix a problem a friend or I ran into.

Full-stack engineering across in-house and client teams, engaged by Verizon to support Fios and telecom infrastructure — network testing, monitoring, outage alerting, LLM automation, and Android development. Promoted from Software Engineer in October 2024.
- Built two LangGraph multi-agent systems for network support: one assisting technical agents, one deployed directly into the Fios support line to resolve customer issues autonomously — cutting call volume by roughly 300K calls per month. Together they became the foundation for a RAG knowledge base at Verizon built from internal docs and veteran subject-matter expertise.
- Investigated the network outage alerting system serving millions of users: analyzed ~500K records across two large Oracle databases, identified three critical pain points, and presented findings that leadership spun up a dedicated team to fix.
- Automated three manual support workflows with LLM-based tools, including wireless troubleshooting and training flows and an autonomous Fios troubleshooting flow.
- Deepened Unix systems work to deploy instances with tighter control over resources and environments, feeding directly into more scalable architecture decisions.
- After promotion, owned project planning on my team — requirements gathering, scalability review, and technical direction on task breakdown.

LLM agents for network support

A head agent coordinating specialized sub-agents over shared tools, in Python with LangChain and LangGraph. One version helps technical agents identify and resolve customer network issues; a second runs unattended on the Fios support line, diagnosing and closing out issues without a human — about 300K fewer calls per month, and the seed of Verizon's internal RAG knowledge base.
Signal-tower testing app

An Android app that let field technicians test signal-tower health on site. It captured hundreds of thousands of parameters from towers nationwide and rendered live data feeds and network-health reports. Field-tested at a Super Bowl — ~65K attendees — identifying network issues across every device in real time.
